VSD panel view
The well page mirrors the variable speed drive (VSD) panel: status, LEDs, display, currents, voltages, frequency, load, insulation resistance. U/F curve, last start and last stop with the cause.
ESP-Forum SCADA web UI functions for the production engineer.
Screenshots of the test system in operation. UI language: English, Russian or Kazakh.
The well page mirrors the variable speed drive (VSD) panel: status, LEDs, display, currents, voltages, frequency, load, insulation resistance. U/F curve, last start and last stop with the cause.
Read and change protection setpoints, planned pump start and stop. Commands run in a shared queue with polling and do not interrupt live data updates.
Pump intake pressure and temperature, motor temperature and vibration from the downhole sensor (TMS). Casing, line and buffer pressure with wellhead transmitters (option).
All parameters on one chart, each series on its own scale. Curves can be offset vertically and scales zoomed. The layout is saved per user and per well.
History is stored on the server. After a link outage, trend gaps are backfilled from the VSD's own archive, and the VSD event log is stored on the server.
See VSD time, clock drift and server time side by side. A production engineer can sync the VSD clock to the server.
Home page with fields and well tiles. Roles: operator, production engineer, administrator. Each user sees only their fields. Password login. For the administrator and production engineer, two-factor authentication is enabled by the administrator on the server.
The well tile shows modem link status and VSD response status. The status line under the well name opens a 24-hour error log.
Start, stop and setpoint changes are confirmed by typing a word in the interface language. An accidental click does not go to the VSD.
The administrator can see who signed in, ran VSD commands and changed settings. Records are kept for several years.
Well start and stop with the cause from the VSD, all stops or protection trips only. The administrator also gets modem link loss, link restore and server health. Each user links Telegram and picks the events and the language. Everything is off by default.
In the well log and archive export you can choose VSD time, server time or another zone. The choice is saved per user.
On the home page the administrator sees free disk space and the result of the daily data backup.
The server saves a daily snapshot of data and settings. Short-lived trends are not included in the snapshot.
Polling is designed for field GSM/GPRS networks. The UI keeps transferred data to a minimum. Shared RS-485 operation alongside an existing polling system is supported.
Web UI for PC, tablet and smartphone. Languages: English, Russian, Kazakh.
Register maps ship for Elekton, IRZ, Novomet, Borets, Triol, Etalon, Region, Centrilift and several other VSDs. For a VSD with a different Modbus map, a profile is added from the manufacturer's documentation. Compatibility with the specific firmware version is verified during the site survey.
